Remove the fuel gauge. This is a bad fuel pump. Figure 2 WIRING THE FUEL PUMP WITH A RELAY: NOTE: You will need Holley Fuel pump relay kit P/N 12-753 or equivalent 4-wire relay. I don't believe that an engine temperature or oil pressure sensor would cause a fuel pump not to work. What should happen is with the key turned on, the EFI relay should click (and so should the fuel pump relay i think). If you can not find a ground wire loose or broken you and always run new ground wires and it will save a lot of time and headaches. the red wire on the harness which goes to the pump reads 12v key on and 12v key on and cranking engine.
